  3. FCOMP is a tool to compare two files, to see if they are different and if so,
  4. where. The files are compared in blocks of 200 bytes.  
  5. FCOMP expects two filenames on the command line, a block from the first file
  6. will be displayed on the left of the screen and a block from the second file
  7. will be displayed on the right.
  8. You can scroll through both files simultaneously or scroll one independent of 
  9. the other in steps of 200, 10 or 1 byte(s). The displayed blocks will be 
  10. compared to each other, differences will be highlighted. You can send a 
  11. block or all blocks to the printer. You can choose between ASCII or
  12. hexadecimal display. FCOMP can search for blocks with differences but you can
  13. also search manually.
